Invitation to the Taste x Kravet archival exhibition Threads of Time

About the Exhibition

This special event offers a rare, behind-the-scenes glimpse into the legendary Kravet Archive, an extraordinary collection of more than 60,000 textiles, artifacts, and design documents from around the world.

On display at Taste Design from July through September 2025, the exhibition spotlights historic source materials that inspired some of the world’s most iconic designs, including G.P. & J. Baker and Brunschwig & Fils.

The evening’s highlight: a live presentation by Scott Kravet, Chief Creative Officer and the visionary behind the Archive’s expansion. Often called the “Indiana Jones of textiles,” Scott will share stories from his global search for design treasures.

Curated by Kravet Archivist Lina Forrester, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore the design history behind the patterns and textiles we know and love.

Please RSVP by July 18.RSVP
