Top 12 Moments of 2019

In Good taste | December 2019

As we wrap-up the year, we’re sharing a collection of our favorite moments from 2019 – expressed in images.  Enjoy and best wishes in 2020!

We found abundant architectural inspiration in and around our client projects in Palm Beach.

Our collaborations with artists like Tracy Glover, expanded to new heights.

Our Linger & Learn events highlighted local artists including Kelly Milukas, Jeff Soderbergh, Lisa Barsumian, Christian Potter Drury and Diane Harrison.

We chaired and sponsored the Jamestown Arts Center’s Summer Soiree and worked with Wren Floral Design to welcome guests with exuberant color and texture.

Our new construction projects in Florida – and its primary building material of concrete – brought us a better understanding of how to work in a hurricane-ready region.

Our love of lacquer continued. (And we don’t agree with the critics when they declare it’s passe. When done in small doses, it brings modernity to historic interiors. Beautifully.)

We treated clients and friends to an intimate Tastemaker Talk with our friend Danielle Rollins. A special afternoon, for all.

Our commitment to getting proportion, detail and livability all working in harmony continued. Look for more of this in 2020 and beyond.

Our collaboration with Patrick Ahearn and Parker Construction on a historic Newport residence provided a dream team design/client/builder experience that resulted in finishing a complex project two months early. And, set a new standard for our collaborations.  (Project partners beware – the bar has been set).

We completed and installed three projects in Florida. Watch for more to follow in 2020.

Our work in coastal homes continues, and our love of the blue and white palette deepened yet again.

Photoshoots with our friends at New England Home have us looking forward to seeing our client projects grace their pages in 2020.
